These terms apply to vendors selling on JY Store, covering eligibility, listings, compliance, fulfilment, customer data, fees, payouts and enforcement. They are read together with our main Terms and policies.

Eligibility and verification
Vendors must provide accurate business or personal identification and any documents we reasonably request for verification, fraud prevention and legal compliance.

Listings and compliance
Every listing must be lawful and honest.
- Accurate titles, images, descriptions, pricing and stock
- No prohibited items and correct licences for restricted goods
- Genuine products only, no counterfeits or IP infringement
- Clear disclosure of condition, variants and any limitations

Order fulfilment
Vendors are responsible for processing orders on time, packing safely, shipping through valid methods and providing tracking where available. Digital goods must be delivered correctly.

Pricing, fees and payouts
Vendors set their own prices within policy. Payouts are based on completed orders, buyer confirmation and platform rules. Applicable fees, if any, are shown in your seller area.

Customer data
Vendors may only use customer data to fulfil and support orders, and must protect it in line with the PDPA 2010. Misuse of customer data is strictly prohibited.

Payout holds and chargebacks
JY Store may hold or reverse payouts for disputes, suspected fraud, chargebacks, returns or policy breaches while a case is reviewed.

Suspension and governing law
JY Store may remove listings, restrict or suspend accounts and withhold payouts for breaches. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Questions: [email protected].
