Strictly prohibited
These items may never be listed under any circumstances.
- Illegal drugs, controlled substances and related paraphernalia
- Weapons, firearms, ammunition and explosives
- Stolen goods and items obtained through crime
- Fraud tools, hacking services and stolen data or accounts
- Obscene, exploitative or otherwise illegal content

Counterfeit and intellectual property
Counterfeit goods, unauthorised replicas and items that infringe trademarks or copyrights are prohibited. Sell only genuine products you are authorised to sell.

Restricted, licence required
Some categories can be sold only with the correct approvals, labels or licences.
- Health supplements, medicines and medical devices
- Cosmetics and skincare requiring notification or labelling
- Food and beverage requiring proper handling and labels
- Regulated services and anything requiring a government permit

Digital goods rules
Digital codes, top-ups and accounts must be legitimately owned and transferable. Region locks, subscription rules and platform terms must be respected and clearly disclosed.

Seller responsibility
Sellers must ensure every listing is legal, accurately described and, where required, backed by valid documents. Keep proof of authenticity and licences available on request.

Enforcement and reporting
Listings that breach this policy may be removed and repeat or serious breaches may lead to account suspension. To report a violation, email [email protected].
