Upload great products

Strong listings sell better and reduce disputes.

• Square, well-lit images on a clean background
• Correct category, weight, dimensions and stock
• Accurate description including condition and variants

Manage orders and fulfilment

When an order comes in, confirm it, pack safely and update the status promptly. Fast, reliable handling builds ratings and repeat buyers.

Shipping and couriers

Ship through courier partners and provide valid tracking when available. Multi-item orders may ship together or separately depending on your setup.

Digital goods delivery

For digital products, deliver the correct code or item and clearly state any region, account or redemption rules. Non-delivery or wrong codes can lead to refunds.

Payouts and withdrawals

On RM100 of goods, the amount after commission is RM93, before any applicable settlement adjustments. The 7% commission is taken from the goods total only — never from shipping, which the platform fronts.

• Earnings are released 7 days after the buyer receives the order
• An open return or dispute holds that order until it is settled
• Withdraw once a week, any amount, no withdrawal fee
• Keep your bank details accurate or the payout cannot be sent
